3. The limited prayer of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is to direct the Opposite Party No. 4, i.e. Block Development Officer, Basudevpur, Bhadrak to accept the Joining Report dated 26.09.2017, as at Annexure-3.

4. Mr. S. K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate brings to the notice of this Court that the Joining Report of the Petitioner was accepted on
