This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared in the last two dates on 16.12.2019 and on 25.02.2019.Further, the petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. has sought for to quash the FIR under Chandili P.S. Case No.137 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.91 of 2015 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rayagada and the corresponding criminal proceeding, but no stay has been granted by this Court refraining the police from conducting the investigation and in the meanwhile, already seven years have elapsed.

In view of the above facts, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
