Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 11.11.2020 under Annexure-6 passed by opposite party no.1 rejecting the representation of the petitioner for regularization of her service w.e.f. 28.02.2004 and further to issue direction to the opposite parties to regularize the serviced of the petitioner w.e.f. 28.02.2004 and grant all consequential service and financial benefits within a stipulated period. 4.
Mr. Manas Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order of this Court in the case of Harapriya Patra v. State of Orissa (WPC (OAC) No.2709 of 2016 & batch, disposed of on 25.08.2022). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid order, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

In the above view of the matter, the order dated 11.11.2020 under Annexure-6 passed by opposite party no.1 is hereby quashed. The opposite parties are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of Harapriya Patra (supra) and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
