CORAM:
JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY
ORDER
28.11.2022 02.
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. M.A. Ali, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3. The present transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. No. 184 of 2017 from the file of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.
4. From the pleadings it is found that the aforesaid C.P. Case No. 184 of 2017 was registered after being transferred from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak and that too as per order passed by this Court in TRP(C) No. 40 of 2017.
5. Since the matter in question was originally filed at Bhadrak and transferred as per the order passed by this Court to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara, the prayer as made in the present transfer petition is completely misconceived.
6. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same and dismissed the transfer Petition.
