01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the opp. parties to show cause as to why the impugned order dated 19.8.2022 under Annexure-1 shall not be quashed and necessary writ/writs shall not be issued to the opp. parties to adhere the guidelines for transfer and posting of spouse working in the same organization.

And if the opp. parties do not show cause or show insufficient cause the rule may be made absolute and the impugned order of transfer dt.19.8.2022 (Annexure-1) may be quashed and writ of mandamus and any other appropriate writ may be issued to the opp. parties directing them for posting of the petitioner where his spouse is working"

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to provide a copy of this order within a period of three days from the date of receipt of this order. Opp. party No.2 is directed to take a fresh decision on the claim as made under Annexure-2 and till such a fresh decision is taken, the order of transfer passed on 19.8.2022 under Annexure-1 to the writ petition shall be kept in abeyance.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
