Against the notice of eviction issued by the Addl. Tahasildar, Sadar, Sambalpur dated 12.08.2022, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present Writ Petition.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the petitioner will file necessary objection to the notice issued by the Addl. Tahasildar dated 12.08.2022. If a such objection is filed, the said authority shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
