2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"to direct the opp. parties to grant pension by treating him as regular employee in view of regularization of his juniors as per the Govt. decision dt.16.3.2005 taking into consideration his 33 years of service under J.C. estt. And thereby quashing the order Vide Annexure-12 & 14 as the same is not consonance with the guidelines/instruction of the Board dt.14.12.2011 and the intervening period may be regularized in viw of the decision vide Annexure-17".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-15 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition, taking into account Annexure17 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
