This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "Therefore, in the light of issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, it is humbly supplicated that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Collector & District Magistrate, Bhadrak to dispose the representation dated 16.07.2022 of the petitioner under Annexure3 within a stipulated period. And, may pass any other order/ orders as may deem fit and proper;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Collector & District Magistrate, BhadrakOpposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
