Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, there has been mismanagement in affairs of opposite party no.5. Undated special audit report of opposite party no.5, completed on 11th June, 2020 highlighted findings on audit for year 2018-19 and 2019-20. His client made representation dated 3rd July, 2022 to opposite party no.1. He seeks direction upon said opposite party to expeditiously deal with the representation and take appropriate action. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos.1, 2 and 4. He submits, on direction made said representation will be duly dealt with. 3.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 3rd July, 2022. Within four weeks from date petitioner is to be informed regarding steps taken pursuant to the
