1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner when the matter is called out.

3. Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State has submitted A status report dated 4th January, 2022. From the said status report, it appears that in connection with Pattamundai P.S. Case No.201 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. No.201/21, the victim girl has been traced out and rescued on 11th December, 2021. After rescue the statement of the victim girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class. In her statement as recorded U/s.164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim girl has stated that she has married to one Rajendra Malik, who has not been arrayed as party in this proceeding, at Raghunathjew Temple, Nilakanthapur, Pattamundai, Kendrapara and such marriage has been affirmed in

the form of a declaration being authenticated by one Notary Public on the very day of marriage, i.e. 9th December, 2021.

4. As is stated by Mr. Nanda, learned AGA appearing for the State that the concerned court has allowed the victim girl to stay with her father-in-law. In view of the above statement, we do not find any reason to continue with the proceeding further. Accordingly, this proceeding stands closed and disposed of.
