Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had claimed compensation. The Additional District Magistrate, by order dated 9th November, 2021 recorded requisitions made by opposite party no.2, of documents from petitioner. He submits, under cover of letter dated 31st January, 2022 his client complied with the requisitions. There be direction upon said opposite party to expeditiously deal with his client's claim.

In view of prayer made Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice upon opposite party no.2. Instead said opposite party is directed to deal with the claim on the requisitions having been complied with on the documents furnished under cover of said letter dated 31st January, 2022 by petitioner. Petitioner is to be informed result of consideration on her claim within three weeks of communication.
