1. The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-2 will be examined by the Tahasildar, Erasama (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners and Opposite Parties 4 to 8, and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th December, 2022 and be communicated to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
