Heard Mr. S.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned DSGI along with Mr. S.B. Panda, learned CGC.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayer.
"calling upon the opp. parties to show cause as to why the order of rejection and recovery issued under Annexure- 5 should not be quashed and further why the petitioner should not be allowed to retain the quarter bearing No.40 type-II at GC C.R.P.F, Bhubaneswar allotted to him and if the opp.
parties fails to show cause or show insufficient cause, the rule may be made absolute."

It is submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is covered by a decision of this Court rendered on 29.9.2022 in W.P.(C ) No.17773 of 2022 and batch.

In view of that, the present writ petition is disposed of in the light of observation/direction passed
