1. Learned counsel for the Appellant informs the Court that the statutory appeal has already been filed before the Appellate Authority and the Appeal No.23 of 2022. Nevertheless, it is apprehended that in view of the observation in para-8 of the impugned order, the Appellant Authority may not be inclined to grant any interim relief pending disposal of the appeal.

2. It is clarified that the observation in para-8 of the impugned order will not come in the way of the Appellate Authority considering the application for interim relief in accordance with law.

3. The W.A. is disposed of.
