Heard Mr. S.R. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. C.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 09.08.2021 passed by the National Green Tribunal in O.A. No.51 of 2021 under Annexure-5 and also revocation of E.C. dated 07.08.2021 under Annexure-6.

Since the order of National Green Tribunal is under challenge and, as such, the same is appealable before the apex Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. If the petitioner so advised, he may pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
