There is a serious allegation that in spite of submission of an application since 9.06.2022, certified copy of the order in Mutation Case No.2091 of 2015 has not been supplied to the Petitioner as of now.

Considering the allegation made by the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to pass a lawful order on the copy application of the Petitioner dated 9.06.2022, within a period of seven days from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
