The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela to dispose of C.P. No. 181 of 2020 filed under Section 37 of the Divorce Act, 1869 at an early date.

In course of hearing, Ms. Routray, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars, if cause of action still subsists.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
