This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11121 of 2022 and extension of time to surrender.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The prayer for modification is allowed. In Para-5 of the order dated 14.09.2022, the 2(a) C.C. Case No.18 of 2021 is hereby corrected as 2(a) C.C. Case No.12 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is also allowed to make necessary correction in the bail application so far as the 2(a) CC Case number is concerned.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the

// 2 // aforesaid order dated 14.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11121 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
