Since against the interim order passed by the tribunal, this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same, in view of the fact that original application is pending consideration before this Court, on transfer. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the original application, which is pending consideration before this Court.
