Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 to provide power connection to his premises without seeking for consent/permission of the recorded owner. Petitioner also prays for providing temporary power connection to his premises within a stipulated period awaiting regular power connection to his premises. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, Petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
