Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioners on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-5 (series) is still pending, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the competent authority to look into the grievance of the Petitioners vide Annexure-5 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the Petitioners as well as the parties likely to be affected. 2.

In the decision making process, the competent authority shall also give clear attention to the allegation of the Petitioners in the matter of interference of the husband of the elected Sarpanch in the business of the Panchayat involved. In the event the competent
