This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 23.09.2022.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S.482 of Cr.P.C. has challenged the order passed on 05.11.2015 by learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur taking cognizance of offence, but the CRLMC is pending since 27.07.2016 and in the meanwhile more than six years have already passed.

This Court, therefore, reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner. 3.

In view of such matter, especially when no one had appeared to move the CRLMC, the same is disposed of as dismissed. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
