Considering the innocuous request involving disposal of KLC No.2017 of 2005 pending before the Tahasildar, Sadar Cuttack and recording the statement of Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate that this Khasmal Lease Case does not belong to the Petitioner and on the other hand name of one Pritam Kumar Das has been recorded in the order dated 18.10.2022 herein, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack to give a lawful disposal to the request of the Petitioner pending, if any, forthwith.
