Since the Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Interim Order passed by the Tribunal when the Original Application is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy in the Original application in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Order dated 26.11.2020 is hereby recalled. 3.
