This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Against the interim Order passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 247(C)/2019, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filling this Writ Petition.

Since the main case, i.e. WPC (OAC) No. 247 of 2019 is pending, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. In any case, the Petitioner is granted liberty to pursue the main case.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
