Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners for quashing of the impugned order dated 18th July, 2022 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in connection with G.R. Case No.1308 of 2021 corresponding to Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.164 of 2021 on the grounds stated therein. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charge sheet was filed showing the petitioners as an absconders when as three of the accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in ABLPL No.14745 of 2021, a copy of which is at Annexure-3. Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be directed to surrender at least and go on bail on any terms and conditions as fixed by the learned

court below. Having regard to the above, submissions made by the respective parties, the Court since though does not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 18th July, 2022 is inclined to direct the petitioners to surrender and released on bail subject to conditions.

Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the CRLMC stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda on or before 30th September, 2022 in G.R. Case No.1308 of 2021 arising out of Khurda Sadar P.S. Case No.164 of 2021 and in the event of their surrender, the court shall release them on bail with conditions as deemed just and proper.
