This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 29.09.2022. This Court by an order passed on 24.11.2016 has directed the petitioner to implead the accused persons as opposite parties by filing a petition to that effect but the said order has not yet been complied. This Court on last date has given time to the petitioner to comply the said order but the same has not been complied. 3.
