Heard Mr. S. Mallik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.K. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr. S. Mallik, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the relief sought in the present writ petition has already been decided by the tribunal in the case of Tarini Charan Panda v. State of Odisha and others (O.A. No.1456 (C) of 2014 disposed of on 29.03.2017. Thereby, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of the tribunal in the case of Tarini Charan Panda mentioned supra.

It is directed that the petitioner will provide a copy of this order along with a copy of the order passed in O.A. No.1456(C ) of 2014 before Opp. Party No.2 for compliance within seven days from the date of receipt of this order.
