This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. It is found in the record that the petitioner has filed this criminal Misc. Case U/S.482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the criminal proceeding against him by deleting his name from the FIR in VGR Case No. 61 of 2009 pending in the Court of learned C.J.M.(Special) Vigilance, Bhubaneswar. Since the criminal proceeding to be quashed is of the year 2009 and the application being filed in the year 2015 and in the meantime seven years have elapsed and the petitioner having not appeared through any counsel or in person, this Court feels that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the CRLMC.
