This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. The defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners on 29.09.2022 has undertaken to remove the defect and on that ground the CRLMC was adjourned to today by which date the petitioners was also asked to apprise the Court about the present status of the case by producing the certified copy of the last date order sheet of the case but the same has not yet been complied.

In view of aforesaid development, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
