This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical) mode.

This the second journey of these Petitioners who are in custody in connection with Pottangi P.S. Case No.126 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.15 of 2019 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Koraput, running for commission of offence under Section-302/34 of the IPC, in filing this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for their release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record and as also the surrounding circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioners at this stage; this application
// 2 // is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioners to renew their prayer for grant of bail before the Trial Court after examination of the witnesses namely, Mukhi Sukra, Gamel Tilsu and Malesh Gamel in the trial. The Trial Court is directed to take all such effective steps as provided in law for early examination of the above witnesses so as to enable the Petitioner to early exercise the liberty as aforegranted.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
