1. The Petitioner's representation dated 25th June, 2021 shall be examined by the Collector, Jajpur and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the alleged encroachers named in the representation and after giving them all an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed by Opposite Party No.2 not later than 2nd May, 2022 and the same be communicated to the parties not later than 9th May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The copies of the order be produced before the Collector on 7th March, 2022 for compliance.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
