Since the lease period has already been over by efflux of time, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, as infructuous. However, if any cause of action with regard to refund of any amount or any dues as admissible to the petitioner still survives, he is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he so advised in terms of agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to him.
