Heard Mr. S.Ray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that the petitioner has not been cited as an accused in the Chargesheet. 4.
Taking note of such submissions, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable. If the apprehension of arrest subsists, it is open to the petitioner to move this Court in future, if so advised.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
