This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application on the ground that the Court of N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi is shifted. 3.

Heard.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the court below is extended to another four weeks from today.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
