Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, Para-7 of the order dated 23.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11164 of 2022 with regard to verification of criminal antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioners is hereby deleted. However, other conditions in the said order remain intact.

Order dated 23.09.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and this I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 5.
