I.A. No.1796 of 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual / Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL and extension of time for the Petitioner to surrender.

On the basis of submission made, learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the causetitle of the bail application in court today, so far as the Special Case Number is concerned.

Accordingly, in the 2nd line of para-6 of the order dated 14.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11166 of 2022, the number of the case, i.e. "Special Case No.162 of 2022" is hereby corrected and replaced as "Special Case No.157 of 2022".

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order

// 2 // dated 14.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11166 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
