Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Perused the case record.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to approach at the appropriate stage. 5.

In such view of the matter, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn with a further direction to the learned court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months.

In the event the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, it is open for the Petitioner to move afresh by filing bail application. In such event, such bail application shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by any other factor. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge
