This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner, who appears in person, has filed this writ petition for a direction to Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of Second Appeal No.3313 of 2021 at an early date.

In course of hearing, the Petitioner appearing in person submits that interest of justice will be best served if he files a properly constituted application praying for early dispoal of the appeal and a direction may be made for early disposal of the said petition.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the Information Commission does not have any objection to the above submission.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the event Petitioner files an application for

// 2 // early disposal of SA No. 3313 of 2021 stated to be pending before the State Information Commission detailing the grounds therein within a period of two weeks hence along with certified copy of this order, learned State Commission shall do well to entertain such application and take a decision on the same and proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
