This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted from the case and thereby the bail application has become infructuous and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the bail application. The prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner is accepted.

The BLAPL is disposed of as infructuous. However call for a report from the learned trial Court about the disposal of the T.R. Case No. 79 of 2021.
