This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in Banharpali P.S. Case No.126 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1502 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, for offences under Sections 376(2)(n)/341/323/506/34 of IPC. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda, by order dated 30.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Taking into account that the petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2022 and that charge-sheet has already been filed on 07.08.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
