Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.71 of 2015, pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Phulbani, arising out of STF P.S. Case No.7 of 2015, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of NDPS Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Phulbani, by order dated 24.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

Perused the report of the learned Special Judge, Phulbani wherein it is indicated that the petitioner has not surrendered on the date fixed.

Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands rejected.

7.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin.
