This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that for the interest of justice and equity your lordship may kindly be graciously pleased to issue a suitable writ in the shape of mandamus directed the O.P.No.3 SubCollector, Balasore) to finally hear and disposed of Mutation Appeal Case No.85/2018 within a period of four weeks by giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners.

And pass any other order/ orders as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

This Writ Petition has been filed with innocuous prayer for issuing a direction to the Sub-Collector, Balasore for early disposal of the Mutation Appeal Case No.85/2018.

Recording the statement of learned counsel for the Petitioner that the limitation petition filed with the Mutation Appeal Case No.85/2018 is already allowed with the involvement of the Opposite

// 2 // Parties therein and for the long pendency of such Mutation Appeal, this Court directs the Appellate Authority i.e. the Sub-Collector, Balasore to conclude the proceeding vide Mutation Appeal Case No.85/2018 within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners, but however, involving all the parties concerned. 4.
