Heard learned counsel for the Petitoner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "The Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition with issue a rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to file show cause as to why the MCL authorities i.e. opposite party No.2 and 3 shall not be directed to provide employment to the petitioner with packages available as per Coal Bearing Act !957 and rule made thereunder within a stipulated time, if the opposite parties fails to file show cause and show insufficient cause this Hon'ble Court would be make absolute the said rule and issue a writ in the nature of mandamus any other appropriate Writ/Writs directing the opposite parties to provide employment to the petitioner with packages available as per Coal Bearing Act 1957 and the rule made there under within a stipulated time.
And further be pleased to pass such other order(s),direction(s) deem fit and proper in the interest of justice so as to give complete relief to the petitioner and for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account Annexure-5 to the writ petition, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
