1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The Petitioner, who is a Hindi Teacher of Regional ST SC Girls' High School, Khunta, in the district of Mayurbhanj, is constrained to approach this Court because the School authority is not allowing her to discharge her academic duties. She has also approached the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by way of appeal dated 04.09.2016.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that such representation/ appeal is pending before the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar since 04.09.2016.

5. It is, however, not sure as to whether such representation/ appeal has been sent by the Petitioner or not since there is no proof of dispatch or receipt of the office of the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

6. In such view of the matter, if such representation/ appeal has been filed by the Petitioner, the authority i.e. Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of presentation/ production of a copy of this order. If such representation/ appeal has not been filed, the Petitioner is granted liberty to file an appeal before such authority ventilating her grievance and the authority shall do needful as stated above within a period of thirty days of filing of the fresh appeal.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted in course of the day.
