This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Regional Transport Officer-cum-Taxing Officer, CuttackOpposite Party No.2 to accept the off road intimation in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.OR-05-AN-9054 (bus) for the period with effect from 1st January, 2022 to 31st December, 2022. Petitioner in this writ petition also annexed the order Transport Commissioner, Odisha dated 16th July, 2022 (Annexure-2) detailing procedure to submit off road intimation. It appears that the Petitioner has not yet resorted to the said procedure. 3.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event Petitioner submits off road intimation in terms of the procedure provided in order under Annexure-2 issued by the Transport Commissioner, Odisha, the same shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
