1. The Petitioner's representation under Annexure-3 will be examined by the Collector, Jajpur (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 2nd January, 2023. A copy of the order be made available to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
