Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in R.P. Case No.1213 of 2018 there is already issuing of notice, this Court finds strange in the long pendency of such case with the Quasi Judicial Authority. Thus in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Commissioner of Land Records and Settlement, Orissa, Cuttack, O.P.1 to dispose of the said Case at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
