This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed assailing order dated 7th April, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak in IA No.1 of 2020 arising out of CP No.310 of 2019, whereby he allowed an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application till disposal of the CP. 3.

On each of the occasions when the matter was listed, an adjournment was sought for and on the last occasion, i.e., on 16th September, 2022, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel sought for adjournment stating that Mr. Das, learned arguing counsel has some personal difficulty. Today also he makes the similar prayer to which this Court is not inclined to grant time. 4.
