Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Contempt Petition involves not working out the direction of this court dated 31.5.2021 in disposal of W.P.(C) No.16758 of 2021. Reading the order indicated herein above, this Court finds, the Writ Petition was disposed of merely with a direction for disposal of representation of the Petitioner by O.P.2 within time stipulated therein. Through objection at Paragraphs-3 to 5, there is clear indication of taking action on the representation of the Petitioner. Keeping this development in view, this Court finds, there is already action taken in terms of the representation of the Petitioner. There is no contempt entertainable in the circumstance. 3.

The Contempt Petition thus stands dismissed.
